How long have you been modelling?
I started like 3 years ago, in Spain. A lot of things have happened since then!

How were you scouted?
I was working in my uncle’s hairdressing salon, where I met Fernando my headbooker from UNO. We were talking and he proposed me doing a test shoot. Fortunately things were good, and now I’m here in London.

We heard you were at university, what are you studying?

Yes, I study Communication. It’s not my passion but I think it could be useful in a future. When I was a child I dreamt about working for National Geographic or something similar so this could help me to work for them.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Hard question haha, I dont know yet. You don’t know what will happen tomorrow. I just want to travel as much as possible, so if I had to say something I would like to be far away, discovering new places and cultures.

What’s your favourite part of London?

Shoreditch. I live there and the neighbourhood is awesome , cool spots, bohemian areas with soul. I like Canary Wharf too. I discovered that place during a shoot, and Tate Museum, of course.

What would be your dream brand to model for?

Yamamoto for sure. Nobody has known how to express and develop something so simple and at the same time so deep like black colour. He mixes street and elegance and his collaborations with Adidas are just incredible. He is the master. If I worked for him, it would be fantastic and unforgettable. I like Marcelo Burlon , KTZ and OBEY too.

When you are not modelling or studying, what do you do in your spare time?
Chilling with friends, drikings beers, listening to music. I like to play sports such Basketball and Football, and a good book or film is always a great choice. And of course, clubbing.

Favourite piece from the A/W16 collection?
No Noise Denim Jacket is my favourite . And any bomber is obligatory in my wardrobe. I like the design of the rings.

It’s been great to work with you again!
What have you been doing since we last saw you?!

Its always a pleasure working with Serge and it was great catching up with my boy Proudlock! Since we last met I’ve been working hard campaign after campaign and finally the work has paid off as I have recently signed with my dream agency.. STORM!

Dream brand to collaborate with?

That is a hard decision but I would have to say Louis Vuitton. I have loved and worn this brand since I could first afford the LV belts and I just feel expensive when I wear their stuff.

Who’s your model idol?

My model idol is my very good friend Francesco Cuizza. I joined my first agency and at that agency all I would ever hear or see was him. I wanted to be as successful and talked about as him. Finally we met and clicked straight away, our personalities are very big and alike which is why I think we get on so well. He then made a massive move from the small agency we were with and joined Storm. People had their doubts about the move but he persevered and now does 100% better and bigger jobs then ever before. My decision to try and make the move to Storm was largely based on him and his journey to success. He is like my big bro and I have watched him go from great to outstanding. He is my model idol.

What do you do when you’re not modelling?

When I’m not modelling I like to work out, play football, spend time with my son and walk my dog, mayyyybe I also like to drive my car all day aimlessly too.. sometimes haha!

Do you have an exciting projects coming up?

Well I have just joined with Storm and that move was exciting in itself, no words need be spoken on Storm and their work rate and if they can take me on then I’m more than confident I have many many many exciting things coming up.. there may be a few things in the pipeline already 👀 who knows..? Haha

LFW is here, which designer are you most excited to see?

I enjoy meeting all the designers, I’m still learning and meeting as many as I can with each show I walk or attend.

Favourite piece of the Serge DeNimes AW16 collection?

My favourite Serge piece has got to be the Knit Striped Tracksuit. Definitely the most unique and distinctive tracksuit in my wardrobe.

How did you get into modelling?

I was scouted on the street of shoreditch

Was it always your passion?

To be honest, it was not my passion but I always thought that it would be a fun job to try

What is your dream brand to collaborate with?

Balenciaga, Martin Margiela and Raf Simons

What projects do you have in the pipeline / anything you want to talk about?

I have magazine shoots and some look books coming up. I really liked the clothes that I got to wear so I can’t wait for them come out!

What’s your favourite spot in London?

Shoreditch (East London) is my favorite place. I’ve been living here for three years because it’s always vibrant and has a lot of cool spots

We heard you were stylist? What do prefer, styling or modelling?!

There isn’t one thing that I prefer more than another; they both have special parts that I love. I love to build up the aesthetics of the shoots with garments or even accessories when I am styling, which means I am able to show my creative side. On the other hand, modelling let me concentrate on my expression, such as with gesture and face expression.

Tell us something you’ve never told in an interview!

I am interested in lots of creative jobs such as interior design, film making, etc. I would love to get a chance one day to show my passions with my new coming works.

I only model full time as organising events is my full time thing.

  MODEL: EYAL BOOKER
                                                                                                                                                                     PHOTOGRAPHER: HANNAH MILES

– How did you get into Modelling?

I was lucky enough to get picked up as a kid and started modelling from around 11 years old for commercial brands like Littlewoods, Tesco, Asda and some other kids fashion brands. Life then started to get somewhat serious with school and I stopped modelling from 15 – 19 years old. At 19 I got picked up by a boutique London agency and started to work part time as a model. 10 months ago I got scouted to join Nevs and since then I’ve been working full time as a model and I love every moment.

 – If you weren’t Modelling, what do you think you will be doing now?

I’d like to think I’d be studying to be a Life Coach / Mentor to younger kids and early teens that are having difficulty finding their way in life. No matter what I do my main intention is to inspire all around me to become the best versions of themselves.

 – Do you have any special skills?

I do a great chimpanzee impression that only a select few people have had the pleasure of hearing/seeing haha!

 – What do you get up to when you are not modelling?

I like to read motivational books like ‘The Saint The Surfer’ and ‘The CEO’. I also lead a really healthy active lifestyle so I train pretty much everyday and find myself getting lost in nature. My friends call me ‘Nature Boy!’

 – 2017 is a new year, what exciting projects have you got in the pipeline? / What is your plan for 2017?

I’m currently in Cape Town working for 2 months which is super exciting in itself, its my first solo adventure as a model. I’ve been here a week and have been booked for 2 jobs so things are looking hopeful here. The modelling industry is so hectic you never really know what you’re doing or where your going to be in advance, so all I can really say is watch this space as 2017 is looking very exciting already with some really amazing projects coming my way!

 – Tell us something you’ve never told anyone in an interview! –

Life seems pretty simple. Whatever you put in you get back, do something you enjoy and the rest will follow.

 Thanks for interviewing me!

 MODEL: REECE KING
                                                                                                                                                                     PHOTOGRAPHER: HANNAH MILES

How did you get into modelling? It all happened very quickly, I posted a picture on Instagram wearing a septum ring from LAMODA and they reposted the picture and it blew up like crazy, within 2 weeks after that moment my now mother agent (MUTHA) found me also on Instagram and then introduced me to my now agency Supa Models.

Was it always a career ambition? No I never thought of it as an ambition of mine. I saw it as an opportunity that came to me that would allow me to help me support myself and my family a lot more but not a long term career, but maybe who knows now.

What do you think you’d be doing if not modelling? Most likely I would still be doing visual merchandising as I was before.

Dream brand to collaborate with? On a level of making clothes together as a collaboration definitely Adidas, but just working together for modelling I have luckily already done that on more than one occasion.

Who’s your model idol? I don’t think I have a male model idol and I personally try not to idolise people and stay on my own individual path, but for sure my female model idol is Slick Woods, I think the industry needs more people like her.

What do you do when you’re not modelling? Usually I relax because this job does the opposite with non stop traveling, other than that I hang with friends, skateboard, read wisdom books you know just normal stuff.

Favourite piece of the AW16 collection? Loved the black fur fleece that I also wore on the shoot.
