Teaming up with Japanese selvedge denim maestros Edwin; Whitles have launched a limited edition pair of denim.
Constructed from 12oz indigo wash Milanese selvedge the remixed and remastered ED80s are the perfect raw denim jeans that will take you through the winter months.
Crafted using the hardest weave in denim (3X1 right hand twill) the denim is hand woven on shuttle looms while the rich, blue colour is achieved by dipping the the jeans seven times in indigo. Therefore the colour will only get better with age and wear.
The denim is finished off with a custom white selvedge on the edges and an indigo leaf print inspired by Japanese stencil techniques.
Popping up at the Protein Gallery in East London the jeans will be available from Whitles’ first ever menswear shop from 20th – 25th October and through the website priced at £140.
