The Silver Peridot Birthstone Ring is a classic ring shape and small Peridot gemstone in the corner, the birthstone for August. Forged from Rhodium Plated 925 Sterling Silver and is hallmarked by the Goldsmiths' Company Assay Office verifying its quality.
The ring has a soft square face which curves into shapely shoulders that wrap around the finger into a thick band making it a strong and sturdy every day ring. The bottom corner of the ring face has an engraved star setting which holds a natural, olive green Peridot gemstone. Peridot is the birthstone for August birthdays and is traditionally given as a gift for 16th Wedding Anniversaries.
The ring is finished in a premium Rhodium Silver plating that won't discolour or age. Rhodium plating is a premium Silver coloured plating that gives the jewellery a polished, reflective finish. As it is part of the platinum metal family, it is harder than gold so provides jewellery with a durable surface which resists tarnish.
